Shipper

Responsibilities:

Prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments according to company and customer requirements.

Verify shipment contents against orders and documentation to ensure accuracy.

Label and document materials for transport bills of lading, shipping orders).

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.

Maintain inventory records and update shipping logs.

Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing storage areas and loading/unloading trucks.

Knowledge/Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics (preferably in a manufacturing setting).

Must be certified or willing to be trained and certified in forklift operation.

Demonstrates excellent customer service abilities and a collaborative mindset.
