Shipboard F&B Sanitation & Compliance Leader

Silversea in Lérida, Spain, is searching for a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller to ensure sanitation, hygiene, and health compliance across shipboard food and beverage operations. You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, driving adherence to strict regulatory standards.

This role requires a strong background in hospitality with shipboard experience, focusing on public health compliance, training facilitation, and operational leadership. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
