Shiftleader Quality Control (2 Shifts)

Quality is not a department, especially not with you as a Shift Leader Quality Control. In this role, you lead a team of quality controllers within a modern international production site where fresh herbs are packaged daily for the European market. You ensure processes run smoothly, people grow, and top-quality products leave the facility.

The products are grown year-round at various locations across Europe, from the Netherlands to Spain and Portugal, and packed in an environment where quality, sustainability, and team spirit are central.
