Role Overview


Squarepoint is building a Central Trading & Monitoring team to ensure around-the-clock supervision of trading activities and operational processes. As a Shift Trader, you will play a critical role in risk management, trade oversight, operational lifecycle management, and incident response. You will also actively contribute to the automation and efficiency of the team’s workflow by developing tools and scripts to streamline monitoring and trading operations.


Responsibilities

  • Active Risk Monitoring: Monitor real-time exposures across Squarepoint’s trading activities
    Proactively raise alerts and escalate incidents as required
    Execute hedging actions following established procedures
    Monitor profit and loss, and risk metrics, ensuring continuity during market holidays
