Shift Technician

Purpose of Role

To ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operation of commercial office facilities and critical data center infrastructure during the assigned shift, including mandatory 4-hourly inspections of the Data Center and UPS room.

Scope of Coverage

Technician shall cover:

• Commercial office common areas
• Electrical rooms & DB rooms
• Data Center
• UPS room
• Server room

Shift Responsibilities

A. 4-Hourly Critical Area Inspection (MANDATORY)

Technician must perform and record inspection every 4 hours for:

Data Center

• Check Aircond operation
• Record temperature & humidity
• Check airflow obstruction
• Check water leakage
• Inspect abnormal sound or vibration
• Check PDUs and RPP panels
• Check alarm panel / EMS
• Ensure no loose cable or trip hazard
