Shift Technician

Role Purpose

To ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operation of commercial office facilities and critical data center infrastructure during the assigned shift, including mandatory 4‑hourly inspections of the Data Center and UPS room.

Scope of Coverage

• Commercial office common areas
• Electrical rooms & DB rooms
• Data Center
• UPS room
• Server room

Shift Responsibilities

A. 4‑Hourly Critical Area Inspection (MANDATORY)

Technician must perform and record inspection every 4 hours for the following areas.

Data Center

• Check air-conditioning operation
• Record temperature & humidity
• Check airflow obstruction
• Check water leakage
• Inspect abnormal sound or vibration
• Check PDUs and RPP panels
• Check alarm panel / EMS
• Ensure no loose cable or trip hazard
