About the Role

As a Shift Technician Chargeman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and continuous operation of electrical systems and facilities that support Nexperia's manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for maintaining electrical infrastructure, responding to equipment breakdowns, supporting facility operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory and safety requirements to enable uninterrupted production.

What You Will Do

  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and electrical system faults to minimize production downtime and ensure operational continuity.
  • Perform routine inspections, condition-based monitoring, and preventive maintenance on electrical installations, power distribution systems, and facility equipment.
