px Group is seeking a Shift Team Leader for their Biomass Power Plant in Nottingham. In this role, you'll be responsible for maximizing the plant's safety and efficiency, ensuring operational procedures are adhered to, and leading a team during shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized engineering qualification and operational experience, as well as a strong commitment to health and safety. This position involves working a rotating shift pattern including weekends.
