Location: Freestate PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To ensure the effective recruitment, daily operation, and on-site management of staff in accordance with customer requirements, company policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining compliance, accurate administration, and professional service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruit TES labour as required in line with company procedures and client SLAs.
- Ensure all scheduled employees undergo medical examinations and annual medical renewals in line with site and client requirements, as directed by compliance.
- Conduct disciplinary hearings fairly and consistently in accordance with company and client disciplinary codes and site SOPs, ensuring accurate record keeping.
