What does the job look like?


As the AM Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the centre of our operations, managing day-to-day transport movements and ensuring safe, efficient delivery outcomes across the contract.


This role operates on a 4 on 4 off roster from 5am to 5pm, 12-hour day shift, allowing you to enjoy a strong work-life balance while developing your leadership skills in a high-performing operational environment.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and controlling daily shift operations to meet production and delivery targets

  • Managing company and subcontractor fleet to ensure optimal utilisation and performance

  • Monitoring driver compliance across fatigue, speed, and operational requirements using systems such as FoxTrax
