Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations across assigned shifts, ensuring productivity, service, and quality targets are consistently achieved.Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse colleagues and Team Leaders, promoting a high-performance culture and driving engagement across the team.Maintaining high standards of people compliance through proactive team management, employee accountability, and disciplinary case management.Plan daily shift briefings, communicating business updates, operational priorities, safety messages, and performance expectations.Monitor and manage shift KPIs, taking corrective action where required to ensure departmental objectives are met.Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and company policies, promoting safe working practices at all times.Oversee stock control activities, includin...
