Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in mining operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Monitor and maintain production targets
  • Train and mentor subordinates

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Minimum 3 years'' experience in a mining/plant environment
  • Previous Supervisor experience advantageous
  • Supervisory and mineral processing training
  • Minimum of 3 years Chrome plant experience
  • Clean criminal record
  • Medical fitness as per organizational requirements
