**Job Title: Shift Supervisor ($70,000–$80,000)**
**Night Shift**
**Overview**
**Lead nonwoven manufacturing operations on a 12-hour shift (2-2-3 schedule), ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing a strong team.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily production to meet output and KPI targets.
+ Monitor equipment, material flow, and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
+ Lead, coach, and hold operators accountable for performance and attendance.
+ Enforce safety standards, conduct audits, and lead incident investigations.
+ Ensure product quality and resolve defects with root cause analysis.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
+ Maintain shift reports and communicate effectively across shifts.
