PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that Youth Care Advocates maintain program security and carry out YMCA, DYS and OCCS policies while servicing the youth of this program Follow the policies and procedures of dispensing medication to clients Review all intake paperwork and place clients on Suicide/Run Watch as necessary Attend all scheduled unit meetings, (full staff meetings, behavioral and supervisor's meetings) Provide support to any shift in a crisis situation Ensure that the dress code policy is followed by all staff Review all records and reports generated on the shift for accuracy and clarity Report any suspected child abuse to the Assistant Director and/or Director Plan, coordinate and direct clients’ activities Complete (accurately and on time), discharge/termination reports on residents who finish the program
