RPO Recruitment's client, in the chemicals industry, are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team, in Durban, and oversee daily operations in their facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of production operators on a specific shift
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
  • Train and mentor production operators on proper procedures and safety protocols
  • Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime and optimize production output
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and plant management teams to improve production processes
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review
