POSITION SUMMARY

Part Time Shift Supervisors monitor and direct staff as necessary, perform administrative tasks including timekeeping, and report tracking. Provides close supervision of personnel/security officers assigned to their facilities. Build, maintain, and improve relationships with your employees and client team members. In case of after-hours emergency situations, the Site Supervisor should provide after-hour emergency response as required. Meet or exceed operational goals and contractual requirements.

 COMPENSATION/PAY TRANSPARENCY

$24.43/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide operation oversite at customer properties. 
  • Assist with scheduling including overtime approvals, callouts, and personal time off requests 
  • Take immediate action to correct deficiencies and solve problems,
