Shift Supervisor

McDonalds is seeking for an experienced Shift Supervisor.

Position is available full-time 38/h per week, 5 years contract.

Occupation: Shift Supervisor

Salary: $76 515 plus superannuation

Qualifications & Experience: Skills certificate 3 or 4 in Retail and minimum 1 years of relevant work experience. 3 years of RELEVANT WORK experience might be considered in case where no formal qualifications.

Task and Duties include (but not limited to)

·Ensure to always promote a prompt and friendly service

·Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

·Plan work schedules and assign staff duties.

·Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff promotions or dismissals.
