Shift Quality Engineer

This role reports to Quality Assistant Manager and positioned in Quality Department. Main role for this position is to provide leadership and guidance to the quality engineer team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Lead investigations into complex quality issues and non-conformities, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure the work area is safe and complies with the requirement of EHS standard.
• Ensuring that the quality team operates in compliance with industry regulations, safety standard, and quality standard.
• Ensure all production processes and outputs meet established quality standards during assigned shifts.
• Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of non-conformance issues to minimize impact on production and customer satisfaction.
