KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Control & Monitoring
  • Monitor production processes and report deviations or abnormalities during shifts.
  • Record temperatures of incoming raw materials, including meat, blood, and feathers.
  • Measure and record pH levels of raw materials received.
  • Collect and test product samples hourly during production.
  • Record bag temperatures hourly and communicate results to the production team.
  • Complete Product Release Forms for every batch produced and ensure no batch is released without the required documentation.
  • Report feather meal moisture levels immediately after batch discharge.
  • Conduct sieve inspections and complete inspection records.
  • Perform odour control checks and maintain related documentation.
  • Conduct effluent water analysis and record findings.
