Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests. Set and maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve a favorable gaming experience for guests. Manage overall performance of security and transportation departments to ensure protection and safety of team members, guests, and casino assets. Guide other departments in planning, recommending, and implementing any and all security programs as needed. Develop and implement procedures for denying entry to gaming floor to underage or intoxicated individuals and disassociated persons (DAPs). Develop and manage the departmental budget, including capital expenditures. Monitor staffing levels to ensure budgetary compliance. Complete all government reporting.
