Position based in Rotorua, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fast‑food staff, providing coaching and ensuring breaks.
• Serve and prepare quality food, ensuring high standards of taste, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain operational standards, including food safety, quality and customer service measures.
• Troubleshoot issues and engage specialists as needed, such as for kitchen machinery.
• Ensure health & safety for all employees.
• Support restaurant profitability through cost control and maximising customer opportunities.
• Ready to work nights and weekend shifts.
