Shift Manager (Poly Chemical)

Gatron (Industries) Limited , one of the leading manufacturing companies operating in Pakistan. We are recruiting Shift Manager Chemical (Polycon Department ) for our plant based in Hub Chowki .

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a specific shift or production line in a continuous operation plant. The primary focus is on ensuring that production goals are met, and that quality, safety, and efficiency standards are being maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take over charge from the outgoing Shift Manager and monitor handing and taking over charge of shift crew and conduct the shift round. (Operational).
