What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during your assigned shift
  • Ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Providing training and development opportunities for your team
  • Maintaining accurate records of shift activities, including sales, labor, and incident reports
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to implement and uphold company policies and procedures
