Shift Manager

The Shift Manager is responsible for the:

• Makes sure the store follows food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness rules while helping run daily operations.
• Helps increase sales and engages with customers to reach performance goals.
• Handles workforce needs like hiring, training, scheduling, and supporting team performance.
• Takes care of store paperwork, permits, reports, and safety requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree. Fresh graduates may apply.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
