Job Description

To take full responsibility of departments within a designated account, ensuring operational efficiencies, service levels, people management and weekly targets are met in line with the service level agreement. The role includes delivering continuous improvement opportunities across the departments systems and processes. In addition, maintaining and developing customer relationship and internal relationships with other departments across the site. Supporting the Implementation of company standards across the site.


Working hours are:

•Work 1 weekend in 2

•2 week repeating pattern

•Shift start and finish times are for days

•12 hour shift with 2 x 30 minute breaks


Duties include but not limited to:

  • Deliver employee engagement amongst the workforce and develop action plans accordingly in conjunction with CM
  • Monitor compliance to Noatum Policies & Procedures, cascading new policies as launched...
