Shift Manager

Job Location: Max's SM Sta. Rosa

A Shift Manager is responsible for the overall shift operations, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence at the restaurant level. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the Shift Manager effectively is the Restaurant Leader.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conducts pre-shift planning (game planning, setting of shift targets and activities) and pre-shift team briefing.
• Leads the team in achieving the shift targets for customer satisfaction, sales, quality and profit.
• Conducts post-shift evaluation and documentation.
• Implements and mobilizes team to achieve cost targets assigned to them.
• Monitors and enforces compliance to Max's quality management systems, including the implementation of daily quality audits.
• Understands and communicates the company's mission, vision and values.
