Job Description

Hesburger in Linnanmaa (Oulu) seeks a shift manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. The role is permanent with a 90 hours per 3 weeks schedule, starting 1 September 2026.

You will oversee shift execution, assign tasks, manage rosters and ensure high-quality customer service while motivating the team to develop their skills within a supportive, large organization.
