Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned shift, ensuring the efficient flow of tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of AI extracts by associates.
- Coordinate with QA, Data Analysts, and client teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track productivity, SLAs, and manage shift rosters to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle escalations and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Maintain operational dashboards and generate reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 8+ years of experience in KPO/BPO or back-office operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years in a team lead/shift management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
