Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned shift.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of AI-extracted statements by associates.
  • Coordinate with QA, Data Analysts, and client teams for seamless workflow.
  • Track productivity, monitor SLAs, and manage shift rosters effectively.
  • Handle escalations and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and generate regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with 8+ years of experience in KPO/BPO or back-office operations.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a team lead or shift management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
