Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned shift.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of AI-extracted statements by associates.
- Coordinate with QA, Data Analysts, and client teams for seamless workflow.
- Track productivity, monitor SLAs, and manage shift rosters effectively.
- Handle escalations and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Maintain operational dashboards and generate regular reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with 8+ years of experience in KPO/BPO or back-office operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a team lead or shift management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
