- Manage staff during the shift
- Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks
- Ensure smooth outlet operations
- Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
- Ensure team follows brand SOPs
- Support sales targets and daily performance
- 2–4 years experience in QSR / Restaurant / Café
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Customer-focused and well-groomed
- Able to handle rush hours calmly
