We are hiring a Shift Manager to handle daily restaurant operations and manage the team during shifts.

• Manage staff during the shift

• Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks

• Ensure smooth outlet operations

• Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards

• Ensure team follows brand SOPs

• Support sales targets and daily performance

• 2–4 years experience in QSR / Restaurant / Café

• Good communication and team handling skills

• Customer-focused and well-groomed

• Able to handle rush hours calmly
