Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the retail team during assigned shifts. Ensure excellent customer service aligned with luxury brand standards. Monitor sales performance and KPIs, taking action to drive results. Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints professionally. Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment activities. Assist in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting. Train, coach, and motivate sales staff during shifts. Ensure store policies, grooming, and operational standards are met. Maintain floor presence and act as the point of contact in the absence of senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail brands is a must. Fluent in English is a must.
