Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the retail team during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure excellent customer service aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, taking action to drive results.
  • Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints professionally.
  • Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment activities.
  • Assist in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales staff during shifts.
  • Ensure store policies, grooming, and operational standards are met.
  • Maintain floor presence and act as the point of contact in the absence of senior management.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail brands is a must.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
