Shift Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise staff and assign tasks during shifts
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor, order, and restock inventory as needed
• Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Receive and check deliveries for accuracy
• Complete administrative tasks such as shift reports and logs
• Handle cash registers, count drawers, and follow cash-handling procedures
• Open and close the store according to company policy
• Train and support new employees
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards
