Lead safe operations at SRC's Rare Earth Processing Facility as a Shift Manager in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Manage teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure operational compliance every shift.
As a Shift Manager, you'll be accountable for overseeing the Monazite Processing Unit, Solvent Extraction Unit, and Metal Smelting Unit. Your role will include managing operations staff, executing shift handovers, and addressing any abnormalities during production. With 24/7 operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety, stability, and coordination within the facility.
