For our power electronics manufacturing plant in San Giovanni Valdarno (AR), we are looking for a Shift Leader who will coordinate shift operations and contribute to achieving company objectives in terms of safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
**Your Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a Safety First culture.
* Coordinate the production team, ensuring achievement of production targets and monitoring key KPIs, including OEE, Efficiency, FPY, Scrap, and Downtime.
* Manage and promptly resolve operational issues, coordinating support functions to minimize deviations from targets and equipment downtime.
