Shift Leader (Irregular Hours)

For our production location in the Venlo area, we are looking for an experienced Shift Leader who can maintain oversight, bring structure to a dynamic environment, and provide direction and motivation to the team. The Bag Packaging Department operates continuously - day and night - and is a crucial link in delivering high-quality fresh products. You ensure the process keeps running smoothly, even when pressure increases.

Who are you

• You have at least MBO level 4 working and thinking capacity (equivalent vocational education level)
• You have proven experience in a production or logistics environment
• You know how to motivate and manage employees effectively
• You maintain oversight, even under high work pressure
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and/or English
• You are technically skilled and work efficiently with systems
• You are results-driven and have a strong focus on safety and team development
