Shift Leader

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring high-energy Shift Leaders for our quick-service location at 5 th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue. These employees will work various service positions in the restaurant, such as cashier or counter helper, and oversee closing shifts.

These jobs will be part-time with at least some shifts on the weekend, and the pay will include an hourly wage between $. and $. plus a share of the tips provided by our generous guests.

Candidates must be at least years of age and must have at least one year of restaurant experience (some management preferred), an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and weekend availability. For those who perform well and demonstrate the desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could quickly lead to a pay raise and promotion to Assistant Manager.
