SHIFT LEAD - Tracy, CA
$20-$25/hr DOE ($28-35/hr avg total compensation)
Garden of Eden is hiring a full-time Shift Lead for our Hayward location. This is a floor-based leadership role responsible for coordinating Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations in a fast-paced, fully-licensed cannabis retail environment. The Shift Lead helps ensure smooth daily operations, strong customer service, and accurate cash handling while supporting management and guiding the FOH/BOH staff.
Compensation & Perks:
$20-25/hr + tips (average $8-$10/hour additional)
