What's the job?

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6am to a latest finish time of 10pm. Every day, we give our millions of customers the ideas, advice, tools and confidence they need to create a home they’ll love.

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
