Role, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager in Penang, Malaysia, to lead production teams and ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and production KPIs. Night shifts may be required.
