AFTERNOON / EVENING SHIFT LEAD - This position requires candidates availability to be afternoon, evenings, and weekends. Please do not apply if this is not a good fit for your schedule. 


JOB DESCRIPTION 

Responsibilities of Shift Lead include, but are not limited to:

Leading & Coaching the Team


  • Hold the team accountable 




  • Direct the barista station workflow and maintain quality and speed of service



  • Maintain confident, positive demeanor during stressful circumstances




  • Provide feedback and encouragement to employees




  • Field Team member questions and customer inquiries/complaints. 




  • Give feedback to the manager weekly on staff development, disciplinary issues, or any customer issues.



  • Use good judgment to know when to contact Store Manager with emergency situations
