Job Description
A Park Shift Leader at Altitude is responsible for monitoring the overall park atmosphere and Altitude Culture for the employees as well as the guests. In addition to the park culture the supervisor is responsible for routine checks and safety audits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains staff by scheduling and orienting employees.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, coaching and developing internal talent.
