Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Software and Hardware support in the plant
  • Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issues
  • Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system 

Education & Experience

  • A degree in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience e.g. computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc.
  • Use ticketing system to track the work and comply to SLA and first response status 
     

Skills

  • Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment
  • Familiar with Windows AD account management and provisioning 
  • Familiar with Dell computers and laptop troubleshooting 
  • Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance
