Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for Software and Hardware support in the plant
Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issues
Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system
Education & Experience
A degree in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience e.g. computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc.
Use ticketing system to track the work and comply to SLA and first response status
Skills
Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment
Familiar with Windows AD account management and provisioning
Familiar with Dell computers and laptop troubleshooting
Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance
Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
