1.    Responsible for production activities in shifts, Supervising operators/junior engineers, manpower allocation.

2.    Identifying and troubleshooting process problems and worked towards solution.

3.    Experience in SCADA, DCS.

4.    Ensure Safety & good housekeeping in the plant.

Take full responsibility of the shift in terms of manpower handling, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.
