Qualification

• B.E. in Chemical Engineering.

Experience

• 10–12 years of solid experience in a continuous process industry.
• Mandatory practical exposure to DCS and SCADA systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage plant operations during assigned shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
• Monitor critical process parameters via DCS/SCADA and initiate timely corrective actions when required.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, utilities, and safety teams to reduce downtime and resolve operational issues.
• Manage shift manpower, assign duties, and provide on-the-job guidance to plant operators.
• Identify process deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
