Safety, Health & Housekeeping

• Adhere to safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping standards (6S).
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company procedures, and legal requirements.
• Supervise the safe use and operation of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct required safety checks during start-up, operation, and shutdown.
• Sign off on cleaning teams and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
• Ensure shutdown clean-outs and housekeeping activities are complete correctly.

Production and Operational Management

• Take appointment of shift personnel in accordance with GMR requirements.
• Obtain, understand, and communicate the daily production plan to the team.
• Supervise employees, machinery, and materials to achieve daily production targets and required product specifications.
