Shift Engineer

Purpose: The Sr. Engineer – AFD Production is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of shift operations within the AFD division, including mill production, separator production, furnace operations, and manpower deployment. This role ensures optimal productivity, adherence to quality and safety standards, and efficient material handling. The position demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to maintain seamless production flow and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift Management & Production Oversight:
Act as shift in-charge, ensuring smooth execution of daily production activities.
Monitor and control mill, separator, and furnace operations to meet production targets.
Review and report daily shift production metrics and performance.
Manpower & Resource Coordination:
Allocate and manage manpower effectively across production units.
