Shift Engineer

Purpose:

The Sr. Engineer/ Engineer – AFD (Mechanical Maintenance) is responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supporting ongoing improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role focuses on maintaining hydraulic and lubrication systems, minimizing equipment downtime, managing spare parts, and contributing to infrastructure reliability in alignment with production and quality goals.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Execution:

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment including rolling mills, separators, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
