Shift Engineer First Class-(2600008U)
Building Automation System:
Log/Record/Report building abnormalities and respond to all requests in order of priority. Make adjustments and performs
repairs on ventilation, refrigeration, and heating equipment and components. Determines when auxiliary system components
need to be brought on-line to maximize equipment load balance and to maintain acceptable indoor environmental
conditions. Performs minor repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical controls, Pneumatic Tube, and components of heating
and air-conditioning systems with auxiliary support equipment.
Plant Inspections:
Conducts physical inspections of steam pressure reducing stations, main and auxiliary pumps, and performs such tasks as
oiling and greasing, testing for refrigerant leaks, proper functioning of controls. Including inspection, testing, and repair of
